This upbringing, combined with my passion for leadership, guided me towards obtaining a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. My earlier career involved managing a party rental equipment company, which was instrumental in developing my operational and people management skills. The decision to shift my career path was driven by a desire for new challenges and to apply my leadership and organizational skills in a new arena, which ultimately led me to my current role.

Growing up in Buffalo instilled in me a strong sense of community and resilience. Buffalo is a city known for its hard working people and tight-knit communities. Leadership, to me, is about setting clear goals, both short and long term, and constantly adapting to meet those goals. Personal and professional growth is all about stepping out of your comfort zone. I’ve learned that feeling uncomfortable is a sign that I’m pushing my boundaries and expanding my capabilities. I embrace these situations as opportunities for growth. Maintaining my own standards, which evolve over time, helps me stay aligned with my core values while embracing new challenges.

In your opinion, how important is it to constantly learn and adapt in today’s fast-paced environment?

It’s absolutely critical. The only constant in today’s world is change.
