My father, a self-made man, worked tirelessly to support us, instilling the importance of dedication and perseverance. Raised in a Catholic household, my faith became a cornerstone of my identity, grounding me in values such as integrity, kindness, and humility.”
The Journey to a Lifelong Calling
My father, a blue-collar worker, often had me helping him from a young age, doing labor-intensive tasks. From sweeping sawdust to lifting heavy rocks, I learned the value of hard work firsthand. My mother’s advice, “See how hard he works? If you don’t want to work this hard, excel in school,” motivated me to achieve academically. This drive propelled me from good grades in school to a great medical school and a residency program.
A Passionate Healer Amidst Systemic Hurdles
I am deeply passionate about medicine and healthcare, finding immense satisfaction in helping those in need. The ability to make a significant impact on someone’s life in a short period is incredibly rewarding. However, if I could change one aspect of my career, it would be the broken healthcare system. On my podcast, I frequently discuss the challenging journey patients face and the systemic issues caused by unregulated insurance companies.
Unforgettable ER Chronicles
The emergency room is filled with extraordinary and often intense experiences. One unforgettable incident involved a pedestrian being hit by a car right in front of me. Still in my hospital gear, I provided critical care on the street, “I immediately got out of my car and started resuscitating him on the street collaborating with EMS to give him the best chance of survival. Although he did not survive, being there for his final moments was significant to me.” Such experiences highlight the unpredictable and demanding nature of emergency medicine.
From Doctor to Entrepreneur: A Journey of Innovation
Beyond my medical career, I have always embraced entrepreneurship. In 2008, I founded an ER staffing company that successfully operated for a decade before being sold to a major staffing firm. Additionally, I started a physician-guided weight loss company and engaged in real estate ventures with my father, flipping homes and building custom houses. Recently, I co-founded a private equity firm investing in various business and real estate projects.
Balancing Family and Professional Triumphs
Personally, I am most proud of being a dedicated family man. Being a husband and father is my greatest responsibility and joy. Professionally, my most significant accomplishment is the rigorous path I took to become an emergency medicine physician. The top-tier training I received gives me the confidence to handle any situation in the ER.

Crafting Content with a Purpose
As a content creator on Instagram and TikTok, my goal is to provide informative, accurate, and occasionally humorous content. By debunking misinformation and offering valuable insights, I hope to help people navigate the healthcare system. For instance, a video I made about carbon monoxide dangers helped a secretary realize her son’s severe headaches were due to a faulty space heater, potentially saving his life.
Brands considering collaborations should know that I am genuine and down-to-earth. I see potential partnerships with medical-related products, such as scrubs, stethoscopes, and home medical devices, as well as other healthcare-adjacent brands like sunscreen and skincare.
