Aileen Charland: Certainly! I come from Connecticut and have always been driven to excel in my career. I had early experience in leadership roles in college, including serving as the Executive Vice President of the American Marketing Association ECSU Collegiate Chapter. Additionally, I’ve been involved in my local community as a board member for the Glastonbury Historical Society and Condominium Association.  Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a couple different industries.  I’ve led major projects, and events and been blessed with wonderful learning opportunities and great mentors.

Aileen Charland: Motivation and inspiration are two of my core strengths as a leader. I believe that motivating and inspiring others is a powerful way to drive success. Effective communication is another strength that helps me build positive relationships and navigate the complexities of the business world. Moreover, I value trust, respect, and collaboration within a team, which I believe are essential for achieving our goals.
