After graduating from college in 2003, I founded “Bling Bling Detail King LLC,” which I ran successfully for a decade. It was an incredible learning experience, but eventually, I transitioned into a professional sales and sales management career.

James Weintraub: Absolutely. I’m currently working as the Director of Sales North America for Dietze & Schell Manufacturing, a company specializing in technical fiber production machinery. We’re the world leader in this field, offering solutions like fiber winding, fiber extrusion, extrusion coating, and glass mat nonwoven web processes. It’s been an exciting role, and I’m thrilled to be part of such a dynamic team.
