Jochen Siepmann, I am a property investor, property investment trainer, mentor, speaker and author (The Property Apprentice)
What exactly does your company do?
After a successful career in the finance industry spanning across Europe and Asia within Private Banking and Investment Banking IT, I am now a mentor, trainer, and public speaker. I love sharing my vast knowledge, experience, and expertise with my clients so they too can enjoy a passive income that sets them financially free and enables them to potentially retire early, take care of their families, and have more time available.
I help people to succeed in their investment journey with my Property Apprentice property investment program. I am also the author of several books and eBooks.
(I say “I” because I AM my company and my brand, there is nobody else)
What were the biggest challenges you have faced and how did you overcome them?
I have learned that the biggest challenge is that thing right between one’s ears – i.e. in your own head. The pretty much only thing stopping people from achieving what they want is only they themselves, i.e. in their heads. I have learned how to overcome that and manage my mind, my thoughts and emotions.
What piece of advice do you wish someone had given you at the start of your career?
See no. 3 – I wish somebody had taught me that decades ago and not only myself had to discover that only a few years ago
Who are your biggest influences and people you admire and why?
Robert Kiyosaki – he inspired me to do what I am doing and he is also helping many people to become financially free
Tony Robbins – he is super successful and teaches people that they can achieve anything they want
None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are?

What do you see as your greatest success in life?
For myself: achieving time freedom (so I can do whatever I want, whenever I want to do it)
