Tell us your name and a little about yourself.
Paul Bryan – I am 29, I work on social media and content creation full time.
What exactly does your company do?
I primarily create and also curate content for social media.
Ranging from Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and even TiKTok recently.
What were the biggest challenges you have faced and how did you overcome them?
The hardest thing is growing effectively in this social media age. We are so saturated with content, millions of hours of content being made every minute. It’s hard to find stuff that truly satisfies us. So it took a lot of experimentation and research to figure out where I wanted to aim.
What piece of advice do you wish someone had given you at the start of your career?
Network, networking is so key nowadays. So I’d tell people to do it to genuinely help others and not to gain from it. Be kind, be helpful.
Who are your biggest influences and people you admire and why?
There are too many to name but I personally love The Slow Mo Guys, one of the first YouTubers I really saw doing something that no one else was or probably could at the time.
None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are?
The people that really helped were family and friends, their support was really key. As for fellow influencers, I’ve helped a lot of smaller creators flourish and appreciate them shouting me out when they get that audience growing.
What do you see as your greatest success in life?
My greatest success is probably the network I’ve grown, the people I’ve met and the brands I’ve worked with.
