Flexible Recovery: True North Outpatient

By: AK Infinite

True North Recovery Services has redefined addiction treatment with its innovative Outpatient Program, offering individuals a flexible yet comprehensive path to recovery. Designed to balance commitments such as work, family, or education, this program provides structure and support without requiring a full-time residential commitment.

Addiction recovery is not a one-size-fits-all process, and True North embraces this reality. By offering outpatient services, they provide an adaptable solution for people in various stages of recovery who still require professional guidance. The program integrates individual counseling, group therapy, and evidence-based practices to address the unique needs of each participant. With this model, clients can pursue recovery while maintaining their everyday responsibilities, fostering a sense of balance and empowerment.

A Vision Rooted in Personal Experience

Bryce Givens, the organization’s founder and executive director, is a staunch advocate for addiction recovery, and his journey is deeply personal. Having faced and overcome his struggles with addiction, he understands the complexities and nuances of the recovery process. This first-hand experience informs his leadership, fueling a mission to provide unparalleled support to those embarking on their path to sobriety.

“Recovery isn’t linear,” Bryce often emphasizes. “It’s a journey that requires compassion, tailored support, and the right resources.” True North’s Outpatient Program reflects this philosophy by promoting a holistic and individualized approach to treatment. Whether through cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, or peer support groups, participants can explore what works for their recovery.

True North’s Outpatient Program is designed to provide comprehensive care through key features that prioritize flexibility and personalization:

Flexible Scheduling

Life doesn’t stop for treatment, and neither does True North. The program offers daytime and evening sessions to help clients continue meeting personal and professional responsibilities while receiving the necessary care.

Comprehensive Therapies

True North incorporates a range of evidence-based treatment modalities to address the multifaceted nature of addiction recovery, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)
  • Group Therapy
  • Family Therapy
  • Relapse Prevention

Personalized Treatment Plans

Each participant’s journey is unique, and True North’s individualized treatment plans reflect this reality. These tailored plans are developed to align with every client’s specific needs, goals, and circumstances, aiming for optimal outcomes.

Supportive Community

The program’s experienced and compassionate team fosters an environment of encouragement and connection. Clients are empowered to share experiences, build relationships, and develop essential coping strategies for recovery.

Bridging the Gap in Recovery Services

Its ability to bridge the gap between structured treatment and real-world application sets True North’s Outpatient Program apart. Transitioning from a residential program back to everyday life can be daunting for many individuals. The outpatient model offers a seamless bridge, allowing clients to continue their recovery while reintegrating into their routines.

This flexibility is especially critical in today’s fast-paced world, where commitments often deter individuals from seeking the help they need. Actual North’s program eliminates these barriers, making professional support accessible to a broader audience. Whether someone is starting their recovery journey or seeking ongoing care, the program adapts to their evolving needs.

At its core, True North Recovery Services embodies hope and transformation. Through its Outpatient Program, the organization empowers individuals to take control of their lives, rebuild relationships, and achieve lasting sobriety.

Bryce’s leadership and the team’s dedication shine through in every aspect of the program, making True North a trusted ally in the fight against addiction.

Navigating Challenges: Michelle Nohotima’s Resilient Approach to Business During a Crisis

By: Joshua Finley

Running a business during a global crisis demands more than survival instincts- foresight, quick thinking, and solid planning. When COVID-19 hit the disability care sector in 2020, most service providers scrambled to adapt their operations. But some leaders saw the writing on the wall early. While others hesitated, one disability service provider doubled her staff before the shortage hit, stashed away crucial financial reserves, and completely rewrote their playbook for client care. This is how Michelle Nohotima turned a potential disaster into an opportunity to build a stronger, more resilient business.

Managing Money with Precision

The early days of COVID-19 taught Michelle hard lessons about financial preparation. Now, she runs her business with a military-grade organization, maintaining 10 separate accounts for different aspects of operations. “I have an account for annual leave. I have an account for 3 months worth of expenses,” she explains. This careful planning proved critical – especially for her pet boarding business, which she credits with surviving purely because of these financial buffers. Money management isn’t just about survival, though. Michelle found that having firm financial reserves freed her to think bigger. “I’m more prepared now, so then that allows me to expand because I’ve got the peace of mind that I have those things in place,” she says. “I’m not so stressed or uptight about the money side of things.”

Adapting to New Realities

Working in disability care during COVID-19 meant throwing out the old playbook. “Current procedures and policies don’t cut it,” Michelle notes. Her team had to completely rethink how they delivered services while keeping staff and clients safe. This meant constant adjustments – testing new approaches, keeping what worked, and quickly abandoning what didn’t. Michelle’s business was built on questioning rigid systems. She’d started her company after seeing “how traditional disability services couldn’t accommodate clients who wanted to travel.” This experience with innovation served her well during COVID. “You have to figure out ways you could still service the people but do it safely,” she explains.

Strengthening Team Morale

For Michelle, maintaining staff morale during uncertain times comes down to connection and recognition. Her approach mixes formal check-ins with social bonds: “We always have a lot of small team meetings whether it’s Zoom, on the phone, face to face. We also try to do things socially together and with their families.” She’s learned that meaningful rewards don’t always mean cash bonuses. “Some people don’t even want to pay. Some people just want a week off with pay,” she shares. Sometimes, she uses her travel industry connections to send staff on holidays. It’s about showing genuine appreciation for their work in ways that matter to them personally.

The global pandemic taught Michelle that being prepared financially isn’t just about surviving tough times – it’s about having the freedom to grow. With multiple financial safety nets in place, she can focus on expanding services and exploring new opportunities without constant worry about cash flow. “Being organized financially, I would say, is a big plus to navigating a crisis,” she reflects. This solid foundation lets her concentrate on what matters most: serving clients and supporting her team through whatever challenges come next.

Today, Michelle continues to run her disability services with the same forward-thinking approach that helped her weather COVID. Her story shows how careful planning, quick adaptation, and genuine care for staff can help a business thrive through difficult times.

Cali Rossen: Redefining Emotional and Spiritual Wellness with Sacred Frequencies

By: Alena Wiese

In a world where the demands of daily life often overshadow emotional and spiritual health, Cali Rossen is on a mission to bring balance and harmony to individuals seeking a transformative shift. As the founder of Sacred Frequencies, Rossen combines innovative, sound healing practices with a deep understanding of the human spirit to offer holistic wellness solutions.

A Personal Journey of Transformation

Cali Rossen’s path to founding Sacred Frequencies was born from her struggles and triumphs. A seasoned actress and producer, Rossen made her mark in Hollywood, co-starring with industry legends like Bryan Cranston and Ed Asner. Yet, despite her professional success, she faced profound grief and loss after losing both her parents within five months.

“My world was turned upside down,” Rossen recalls. “I felt lost and ungrounded. I found my way back to myself through sound healing, music, and emotional mastery.”

This personal transformation inspired Rossen to guide others through their healing journeys, offering tools and practices to help them find balance and clarity amid life’s challenges.

The Power of Sound Healing

Sacred Frequencies’s heart is the art and science of sound healing. This practice uses vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes to create an environment for relaxation and self-awareness.

“Sound is a universal language,” Rossen explains. “It can bypass the mind and connect with the heart and soul, offering a space for personal reflection and growth.”

Clients often describe their sessions as deeply impactful. Abu Abdul-Malik shared how Rossen’s sound healing sessions helped him process emotions and feel renewed. “Cali has created what I call ‘a sacred space,’” he says. “The session exceeded my expectations and left me feeling lighter and more whole.”

Note: Individual experiences may vary, and the practices described are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

The Science Behind the Practice

While sound healing has spiritual roots, it is also supported by scientific research. Studies suggest that specific frequencies can help reduce stress, improve relaxation, and promote well-being. Rossen tailors her sessions to each client’s unique needs, incorporating additional modalities like Timeline Therapy® and Reiki to address emotional and energetic blockages.

A Growing Movement

Sacred Frequencies has become a sought-after space for healing, offering both in-person and virtual sessions. Rossen is also developing a dedicated healing center to host workshops, retreats, and community events. “I want to create a space where people can come together to heal, learn, and grow,” she shares.

Testimonials from clients highlight the impact of her work. Leigh Kellis describes her sessions as “nurturing and restorative,” while Dan Scott says he felt “grounded, centered, and purified” after a sound bath.

The Future of Wellness

Rossen is integrating ancient practices with modern approaches as the wellness industry evolves. She is developing corporate wellness programs and university workshops to make sound healing accessible to broader audiences. “Wellness is about emotional, mental, and spiritual alignment,” she says. “Sound healing offers a pathway to achieve that balance.”

Rossen is also writing a book on the transformative power of sound and emotional mastery, aiming to inspire others to explore their healing journeys.

Master Your Emotion Class Coming in 2025

Rossen will extend her expertise through her upcoming Johns Hopkins University’s Odyssey Program course. Titled Master Your Emotions, this six-session virtual course (March 25, 2025 – April 29, 2025) will teach meditation, sound healing, and emotional resilience techniques. Per Sjöfors: Insights from ‘The Price Whisperer’ on Improving Business Growth

By: Tom S. Ellison

In the complex world of business growth and profitability, few experts have influenced the way companies think about pricing quite like Per Sjöfors, known as “The Price Whisperer.” As a leading authority on pricing strategy, Sjöfors has built a reputation for consistently helping companies achieve notable results, including significant sales growth and higher margins. With a career spanning over three decades and multiple continents, his innovative methods and strategic insights have earned him recognition on a global scale.

A Visionary in Business Growth

Per Sjöfors’s journey began in executive management, where he spent 35 years in leadership roles, often as CEO, scaling companies to eight- and nine-figure revenues. His experience spans diverse markets, from the United States and Europe to Asia, where he successfully navigated cultural and economic complexities to establish joint ventures in Japan, Taiwan, and Korea. “I’ve grown companies from zero to eight figures in two to three years and once to nine figures,” he notes. This impressive track record underscores his strategic vision and deep understanding of growth dynamics.

However, it was his realization of pricing’s critical role in business success that shaped his current path. “Companies often underestimate the potential of effective pricing,” Sjöfors explains. This insight led him to found Sjöfors & Partners, a consultancy specializing in pricing strategies designed to maximize profitability and growth.

Pricing as the Key to Success

What sets Sjöfors apart is his innovative approach to pricing. Using proprietary online value research methods, he helps companies understand what drives their customers’ purchase decisions and willingness to pay. This data-driven strategy enables businesses to set more effective pricing that boosts revenue and enhances customer satisfaction.

“The traditional methods of pricing are often based on guesswork or competitive benchmarks,” he explains. “What I do is help companies view their business through the lens of price, which is a powerful driver of profitability.”

The impact is often significant. Sjöfors’s clients regularly report substantial improvements in both top-line and bottom-line performance. His expertise has also made him a sought-after speaker and thought leader, with appearances on podcasts, business radio, and TV shows, as well as regular contributions to publications like Forbes, Inc. Magazine, Fortune, and Financial Times.

Overcoming Challenges Across Borders

Navigating the complexities of global business has been one of Sjöfors’s most noteworthy challenges—and achievements. “Founding companies in various countries required a quick learning process,” he recalls. His ability to adapt to different cultural and business environments has been instrumental in his success.

One memorable anecdote highlights the cultural nuances of international business. While setting up a joint venture in Japan, Sjöfors attended an opera performance by Hitachi’s then CEO, who was also an amateur singer. “It took three or four hours, and Japanese opera sounds like putting half a dozen cats in a bag and swinging it,” he jokes. “But it’s all part of building relationships and doing business.”

The Future of Pricing and AI

As industries continue to evolve, Sjöfors sees artificial intelligence playing an increasingly significant role in pricing strategies. However, he emphasizes the need for caution. “Many companies will face challenges if they overestimate AI’s capabilities,” he predicts. “The real winners will be those who understand AI is just another tool and know how to control it effectively.”

A Leadership Philosophy Rooted in Action

Sjöfors’s leadership style is defined by decisiveness and trust. “Mistakes can almost always be corrected, but time lost for not making a decision is lost forever,” he emphasizes. This hands-off approach empowers his teams to act quickly and confidently, fostering innovation and results.

Inspiring the Next Generation

For aspiring professionals, Sjöfors offers a mix of humor and realism. “Maybe go into financial services instead,” he quips, highlighting both the challenges and rewards of a career in pricing and business growth.

Through his innovative methods and commitment to client success, Per Sjöfors continues to help businesses worldwide unlock new opportunities and achieve sustainable growth. Whether guiding companies through complex global markets or uncovering hidden revenue potential, he remains a prominent figure in his field.

Eat What You Kill: Why Sam Taggart’s Approach to Success Is the Mindset Every Entrepreneur Needs

The world of entrepreneurship is filled with dreamers and doers. Some sit and wait for the perfect opportunity to come their way. Others go out, take action, and make things happen.

For Sam Taggart, the difference between success and failure boils down to one thing: ownership.

As the founder of D2D Experts™ and the creator of D2D Co™n, Sam is on a mission to change how we think about success. His philosophy, captured in his latest book, “Eat What You Kill,” is built on the belief that success isn’t given — it’s earned.

This mindset is more relevant than ever for entrepreneurs, business owners, and sales professionals. The modern business landscape is full of opportunities, but those opportunities don’t land in your lap. You must hunt for them, seize them, and own the results.

This isn’t just a strategy for sales. It’s a universal mindset shift that can transform how entrepreneurs approach their goals, challenges, and growth.

What “Eat What You Kill” Really Means

At first glance, “Eat What You Kill” might sound intense. It evokes images of hunting and survival — that’s precisely the point.

Sam believes that business success is about survival, persistence, and ownership.

In the sales world, you don’t get paid just for showing up. You get paid based on your results. The same applies to entrepreneurship:

  • No one is going to hand you a thriving business.
  • No one is going to guarantee you clients or revenue.
  • No one will build your dream for you.

If you want success, you have to hunt for it.

This mindset is about taking control of your outcomes, rather than waiting for someone else to provide opportunities. It’s about ownership, accountability, and responsibility for your path.

Sam explains that this approach isn’t about aggression or competition. It’s about empowerment. It’s about realizing that your future is in your hands — and that the work you put in directly correlates to the results you get.

The Mindset Shift Entrepreneurs Need

Eat What You Kill: Why Sam Taggart’s Approach to Success Is the Mindset Every Entrepreneur Needs

Photo Courtesy: Sam Taggart / Eat What You Kill

Many entrepreneurs fall into the trap of waiting for the perfect opportunity or hoping for the right connections. But hope isn’t a strategy.

Sam’s approach is different. He encourages entrepreneurs to take massive action, even when the conditions aren’t perfect.

The “Eat What You Kill” mindset teaches that:

  • You are responsible for your results.
  • Success comes from taking action.
  • Opportunities are created, not given.

For entrepreneurs, this mindset shift is essential. It’s about moving from reactive to proactive. Instead of waiting for circumstances to improve or opportunities to arise, you create your own momentum by taking action now.

Sam often tells his audience: “Stop waiting for success to come to you. Go out and get it.”

The Power of Ownership in Business

One of the core principles of Sam’s philosophy is taking ownership.

Ownership means taking full responsibility for your actions, outcomes, and future. It means recognizing that you are in control — not your competitors, the market, or external circumstances.

For entrepreneurs, this means:

  • Owning your goals.
  • Owning your failures.
  • Owning your success.

When you take ownership, you stop blaming outside forces for your challenges. Instead, you focus on what you can control — your actions, your mindset, and your effort.

This approach leads to empowerment and confidence because you realize you can change your circumstances.

Why This Mindset Matters Now More Than Ever

The business landscape is more competitive than ever in today’s fast-paced world. Entrepreneurs face constant challenges, from economic shifts to technological disruptions.

The “Eat What You Kill” mindset teaches entrepreneurs to adapt and thrive in any environment.

Instead of waiting for the market to improve or for someone to hand them opportunities, successful entrepreneurs create their success.

This mindset is particularly relevant in industries where results are performance-based, such as sales, real estate, and tech startups. But it’s also valuable for any entrepreneur who wants to take control of their destiny and build something meaningful.

A Commitment to Making a Difference

Sam’s philosophy isn’t just about individual success. It’s also about giving back and creating opportunities for others.

For every copy of “Eat What You Kill” sold, Sam has pledged to purchase a brick to help build an Inspiration Classroom™ in South Africa. These classrooms are skills centers designed to teach youth vital trades and vocations, empowering them to build brighter futures for themselves and their communities.

This initiative reflects Sam’s core belief that success isn’t just about personal gain. It’s about creating opportunities for others and leaving a positive impact.

Take Action: Embrace the “Eat What You Kill” Mindset

Sam Taggart’s new book, “Eat What You Kill,” launches January 14th at all major retailers.

This isn’t just a book for sales professionals. It’s a guide for any entrepreneur, business owner, or leader who is ready to stop waiting for success and start creating their own results.

If you’re ready to take control of your outcomes, grab a copy of the book and apply ownership, accountability, and action principles to your business and life.

The future belongs to those who take action. Will you be ready to hunt for yours?

The American Canadian School of Medicine Highlights the Benefits of a Physician-Led Faculty in Medical Training Programs

Medical education is the basis of building competent, empathetic, and skilled healthcare professionals. At the American Canadian School of Medicine (ACSOM), a physician-led faculty helps students receive the best possible preparation for real-world medical challenges.

Unlike faculties primarily led by PhDs, ACSOM’s physician educators bring years of clinical experience into the classroom, helping students connect theoretical knowledge to hands-on patient care. This approach shows the advantages of having experienced physicians at the frontline of medical education.

Real-World Clinical Expertise

Physician-led faculty bring valuable clinical experience to the teaching environment. ACSOM’s physicians have extensive backgrounds in patient care and clinical practice.

This expertise is invaluable to students, as it allows them to learn medical concepts and how to apply them effectively in real-life situations. Physician faculty members enrich the learning experience by incorporating practical examples, sharing experiences, and using clinical cases alongside theoretical concepts. This approach helps students gain insight into medical practice and decision-making during clinical rotations.

Focus on Patient-Centered Care and Empathy

Physician-led education focuses on patient-centered care and empathy, essential to modern medicine.

At ACSOM, physicians teach students how to diagnose and treat medical conditions and approach patients with compassion and respect. This includes developing communication skills, understanding patients’ emotional needs, and considering ethical issues in healthcare.

Curriculum Relevance

Keeping up with advancements in medical science and technology is vital for today’s healthcare professionals. Physician-led faculties, like those at ACSOM, aim for the curriculum to remain current and relevant. These educators are actively engaged in clinical practice and research, giving them insight into emerging trends and challenges in healthcare.

By incorporating this knowledge into their teaching, they prepare students for the evolving demands of the medical field.

Mentorship and Professional Development

Physician faculty members at ACSOM also serve as mentors, guiding students throughout their medical training. Having experienced professionals to look up to and seek advice is invaluable for medical students, especially when making important decisions about residency applications, specialty choices, and career paths.

Physician educators can provide personalized advice based on their journeys in medicine. This mentorship goes beyond academics, as physicians also help students develop professional and interpersonal skills necessary for success in the medical field.

Encouraging Team-Based Learning and Collaboration

In physician-led faculties, physicians work in interdisciplinary teams daily, collaborating with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide the best patient care. This collaborative approach is reflected in ACSOM‘s teaching methods, where students learn to work together in small groups to solve medical cases and tackle complex scenarios.

Such team-based learning helps students develop the interpersonal and communication skills required to function effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams, preparing them for the collaborative nature of modern medical practice.

The Value of Physician-Led Education

Physician-led faculties contribute to medical education by integrating clinical expertise, mentorship, and an emphasis on patient-centered care. This approach helps students connect theoretical knowledge with practical application while fostering key skills like empathy, collaboration, and professionalism.

From Adversity to Success: Adam Marburger’s F&I Journey

By: Alena Wiese

At 18 years old, Adam Marburger was told by his high school guidance counselor that he would never amount to anything. Those piercing words could have crushed him, but instead, they fueled a relentless drive to succeed. Today, Marburger has experience in the automotive finance and insurance (F&I) industry, is the author of a published book, and frequently speaks at industry events. His journey from adversity to achievement serves as a blueprint for how grit, determination, and innovation can transform an industry—and a life.

Building a Legacy in Automotive F&I

As the president and CEO of Ascent Dealer Services, Marburger is reshaping how dealerships approach wealth-building through F&I solutions. His company provides tools and strategies designed to support automotive, RV, and power-sports dealers in improving operations and customer experience.

“F&I is the lifeblood of many dealerships,” Marburger explains. “But for too long, it’s been treated as an afterthought rather than the strategic powerhouse it can be. My mission is to shift that mindset and show dealerships how to use F&I not just for profit but for building long-term value.”

Marburger’s success in automotive isn’t just about numbers; it’s about relationships. He focuses on fostering trust and creating mutually beneficial outcomes in his work. This approach has helped Ascent Dealer Services grow into a nationally recognized brand that serves dealerships across the country.

Speaking Tour and Media Presence

Adam Marburger frequently speaks at events in the automotive industry, captivating audiences with his expertise and actionable insights. His speaking engagements include a recent appearance at Principles of Finance University, where he provided transformative training to the next generation of F&I leaders, equipping them with tools to excel in their careers.

As the host of Training Camp on CBT News, Marburger shares insights and perspectives on the retail automotive sector. Through this platform, he aims to deliver strategies and solutions that drive growth for dealerships nationwide.

Marburger’s influence has also reached national stages, including his keynote address at the Premier Auto Summit in San Juan, Puerto Rico. There, he shared his innovative approach to customer-centric F&I strategies, leaving a lasting impact on industry leaders in attendance.

In addition to his live speaking engagements, Marburger has made notable media appearances on major television programs such as Daytime and Bloom, as well as the popular regional show, Show Me St. Louis. His expertise has also been featured on leading podcasts, including Lifeology with James Miller, which reaches a wide audience.

“I’m honored to share my message with diverse audiences across these platforms,” Marburger says. “Every stage and screen provide an opportunity to make an impact and help others unlock their potential.”

The Servant Leading F&I Manager

Marburger’s influence in the automotive sector will take center stage in January 2025 at the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Show in New Orleans. There, he will present a session titled The Servant Leading F&I Manager, a topic that aligns with his forthcoming book of the same name.

“I’m honored to be speaking at NADA for the third year in a row,” Marburger says. “This session will be about more than just numbers and metrics—it’s about leadership, accountability, and creating a culture where everyone thrives.”

The Servant Leading F&I Manager book is poised to become a must-read for automotive professionals. In it, Marburger shares practical strategies for transforming F&I departments into engines of growth while emphasizing the importance of servant leadership—a philosophy that prioritizes the well-being of employees and customers alike.

Lessons Learned From Adversity

Marburger’s journey to the peak of the automotive world hasn’t been without challenges. He has faced personal losses, including the deaths of loved ones and the end of a long-term marriage. Yet these experiences have shaped his resilience and drive to succeed.

“These challenges forced me to look in the mirror and take full responsibility for my life,” Marburger recalls. “That’s when I realized I was the problem—but I was also the solution. That moment of self-awareness changed everything.”

His resilience is a key theme in his 2023 best-seller, You Are the Problem: A Guide to Getting Out of Your Own Way. The book, which offers straightforward advice on overcoming self-sabotage, has resonated with audiences far beyond the automotive industry.

Revolutionizing the Industry

Marburger’s impact extends beyond his work at Ascent Dealer Services. He shares insights into F&I management, contributing to discussions on industry practices, particularly in areas like compliance, customer experience, and digital transformation.

“Technology is changing everything in automotive, and F&I is no exception,” he explains. “But the core principles—building trust, delivering value, and leading with integrity—will always remain the same. Those are the pillars I focus on.”

As a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Marburger likens his approach to business to the discipline and focus required in martial arts. “Success in both requires persistence, preparation, and the ability to adapt. You can’t control what comes at you, but you can control how you respond.”

Looking Ahead

With the release of The Servant Leading F&I Manager and his NADA 2025 appearance, Marburger continues to contribute to the automotive sector through his work and expertise. But his ultimate goal goes beyond financial success.

“I want to leave a legacy—not just for my three daughters but for the entire industry,” he says. “If I can help one dealership create a better customer experience, empower one manager to lead with purpose, or inspire one person to believe in their potential, I’ve done my job.”

For those in the automotive world looking to transform their F&I operations and leadership approach, Adam Marburger’s story—and his strategies—are a powerful reminder that true success is about more than numbers. It’s about building a business and a life with purpose.

In 2020, the use of telemedicine surged by 33% in the United States, reducing emergency visits by 6.7% and saving healthcare systems an average of $2,468 per avoided visit. These advancements demonstrate the cost and care benefits of digital transformation.

American Canadian School of Medicine Outlines Benefits of Physician-Led Faculty in Medical Training Programs

Medical education is the basis of building competent, empathetic, and skilled healthcare professionals. The American Canadian School of Medicine (ACSOM), a physician-led faculty, ensures students receive high-quality preparation for real-world medical challenges.

A key benefit of physician-led faculty is physicians’ direct clinical expertise in the teaching environment. ACSOM’s physicians have years of hands-on experience in patient care and clinical practice.

This expertise is invaluable to students, as it allows them to learn medical concepts and how to apply them effectively in real-life situations. Unlike traditional lectures, where students might only learn theoretical aspects of medicine, physician faculty members can provide practical examples, share personal experiences, and use real clinical cases to enhance learning. This ensures students are well-prepared for the demands of medical practice and can make informed decisions when treating patients during their clinical rotations.

Focus on Patient-Centered Care and Empathy

Physician-led education focuses on patient-centered care and empathy, which are essential to modern medicine.

Physician-led faculties, like those at ACSOM, ensure that the curriculum remains current and relevant.

In physician-led faculties, physicians work in interdisciplinary teams daily, collaborating with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide the premier patient care.

Physican-led faculties provide invaluable benefits to medical students, offering real-world clinical expertise, mentorship, and a focus on patient-centered care. By bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice, ACSOM’s approach ensures that students are academically prepared and equipped with the empathy, collaboration skills, and professional insights necessary to excel in their medical careers.
